Will I receive my online purchases in time for Christmas?

We are working around the clock to get Christmas orders out in time for delivery prior to Christmas.  We would advise purchase by Monday, 18th December to avoid disappointment, but feel free to get in touch and we will see whether we can otherwise assist after this date.  The final date for orders for 2023 will be Friday, 22nd Dec following which we will be taking a much-needed break.  Any orders placed after this date will be tended in the new year, when we reopen on Friday, 5th January 2024.


Delivery within South Africa

Our deliveries take place by way of courier service, delivered to your door.  As deliveries generally take place during the week, if you would prefer your parcel to be delivered to your place of work, please use this physical address instead.  Delivery is charged at a flat rate of R80 nationwide, and will take place within 2-7 working days.  Though deliveries occasionally do take place sooner than this, it may depend on how busy we (and our couriers) are at any given point, along with your locality relative to Cape Town where we are based.  If you have an urgent request, please contact us and we will do our utmost to assist.

In the unlikely event that your parcel goes missing, we will resend your order at no additional cost to you.


Free delivery within South Africa

We offer free delivery within South Africa on orders exceeding R800 in value.  This will be enacted automatically at check out whilst paying for your order.


International delivery

We offer door-to-door delivery to our international clients through DHL Express.  Should you wish to place an order, please contact us and we will provide you with the applicable delivery charge to your region.  International deliveries generally take place within 7-10 days from time of dispatch.
