Sunbird's Olifants Valley loose-leaf rooibos tea has a floral burst of aroma. A light-bodied tea with a smooth finish, Olifants Valley rooibos originates from a farm located along Clanwilliam dam, where the gentle slopes have sandy, well-drained soil. Hot days and mild nights at an altitude of 300m compliment this long-cut tea.
Tin contains 100g of long-cut loose-leaf rooibos, making approximately 40 cups of tea.

Packaging: Loose leaf Rooibos tea is packed in a resealable and clear stand-up pouch made from coated polyester (CTD PET) and linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE). This plastic is widely recycled globally. Tea bags are packaged in a white tin, also made in South Africa.

Brewing instructions: Put one teaspoon per cup in a stove-top kettle and boil vigorously for 2-4 minutes. Alternatively, steep in a cup with freshly boiled water for 5-6 minutes.
