Delivery within South Africa
Our deliveries take place by way of courier service, delivered to your door. As deliveries generally take place during the week, if you would prefer your parcel to be delivered to your place of work, please use this physical address instead. Delivery is charged at a rate of R110 within the Western Cape, and R120 throughout the rest of South Africa. Orders will be delivered in 2-5 working days. This may depend on how busy we (and our couriers) are at any given point, along with your locality relative to Cape Town where we are based. If you have an urgent request, please contact us and we will do our utmost to assist.
In the unlikely event that your parcel goes missing, we will resend your order at no additional cost to you. Transport charges for returns (with the exception of faulty goods) are at the customer’s expense.
International delivery
We offer door-to-door delivery for our international clients, with a minimum order spend of ZAR1000. Should you wish to place an order, please contact us and we will provide you with the applicable delivery charge for your region. Due to the manner in which international delivery is charged, we will supply you with a quotation based on the specific items you intend to order. International deliveries generally take place within 5-14 days from time of dispatch dependent on your location and the time of year. Please note that all customs duties and taxes are for the customer's account.
